Quote of the Week

It’s a music quote!  This is one of my favorite songs, afterall…

Tough people pull themselves up by the bootstraps
When they hit hard luck
And they stay strong and they keep on fightin’
Like they don’t know how to lose
Tough times don’t last
Tough people do

Dental Goods Wednesday

Below are today’s dental goods.  Per the previous post, I’ll include a tip on how to use the links.

**There are rules regarding applying cash discounts and dental insurance.  You must be selective as to whom and when you give them.  Hence why I recommend cash “specials.”  Contact me if you need further clarification.

Quote of the Week

This week’s quote seems to be very appropriate for the current times.  With the election coming to a near, news of religious intoleration, and man’s use of religion to justify our irrational and irresponsible behavior, perhaps we need to be reminded of Gandhi’s quote…for our sake and those around us.  Is your heart full of prejudices?

“When human heart is closed you can’t catch the human head.  There’s no use reasoning with a person whose heart is full of prejudices”

Dental Goods Monday

New dental links 🙂 I’ve received emails asking for help on what certain posts are good for.  Honestly, you can engage patients or post promos on just about anything.  However, I’ve written little remarks after each article on what you can do with them.  They’ll be mark with *special*.  All can be used for patient engagement, but I will also try to include a variety of promos you can use with them.  Happy posting!

VistaPrint Deal

Groupon is offering another VistaPrint deal, $17 for $70 of custom printing.  VistaPrint often offers free products to their customers, but they don’t always offer free customization.  This is a great deal for all your customized printing needs.  You can buy one for yourself and give one as a gift.  Pair up with a fellow business owner, buy one for you and another for him/her 😉  The offer must be used by Jan 2 though, but there are so many products you can use it for.  Below are some ideas on how to use the deal before its expiration date:

  • Flyers – holiday specials
  • Postcards – holiday specials
  • Gift certificates
  • Holiday cards
  • Thank you cards
  • Brochures
  • Product labels
  • Business checks
  • Business cards – design for Loyalty cards or Gift cards
  • Necessities – letterhead, business cards, appointment cards, etc.

Happy Savings!!

New links to engage your patients with.  And yes, you may have to get creative with some of these articles…that’s how you engage patients.  If all you do is just tell your patients to come in and post specials (without humor or entertainment), you start sounding like a broken record 😉

Dental Goods for Dentists

Like most business owners, dentists are busy.  You should be doing dentistry, not finding things to post for your patients.  Therefore, to make the lives of my main clients (dentists) a bit easier, I’ll be posting links on dentistry.  Feel free to post them on your social media pages.  Engage your patients with them, post a special with them, create a PR event with them.  My suggestion is to post and/or engage once a week, minimum.

Happy posting!  Here’s to a prosperous holiday season of helping others!
